Born in Messina in 1973, Rocco studied maritime law displicine at University of Messina. He started his career on commercial ships and since 1999 he served for the first time as yacht captain. In 2005 Rocco founded his company: Monello Yachting Consulting L.L.C., based in 40th Wall Street, 35th floor New York, where he worked as Director.
From 2008 to 2011 performed as marketing manager in Amico&Co Shipyard. In 2015 he has been appointed to develop the first European representative of Merle Wood, one of the most authoritative brokerage firm.
In 2020, Rocco decided to come back to his native city to follow a new challenge and created Zancle757 Yacht Village, a new exciting project.

He started his international career developing decent experience in International Corporate Law, especially between European and Russian based company.
As a sea addict, supporting the project Zancle757 Yacht Village, since the first moment he becomes a co-founder. As a counsellor, he is taking care of all the legal aspects of the company.

Today he is can easily process technical designs and masters the use of specialistic equipment. He grants highly skilled and quality standards in all his works.

Outdoor activity enthusiast, he is also the founder of Mediterranea Trekking, an international incoming tour operator working specialized in Sicily and the South of Italy adventure services tour for VIP ranging from Trekking, Mountain Biking, Cruise in Gulet. He owns one of the most historic beautiful refuge on top of Mount Etna. Hobby: Helicopter pilot licence and karting passionate.
